All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, site design, layouts, logos, buttons icons, images, videos, audio clips and software, is the property of Track First LLC and/or its content suppliers and is protected by the U.S. and international copyright laws. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Track First LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance, of the content on the site is strictly prohibited. All trademarks appearing herein are acknowledged.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS:

Track First is not responsible for employees typographical errors, errors in pricing or production information as listed on their website. Track First is not responsible for typographical errors, errors in pricing or errors in production information as received from our external suppliers

Track First will make every attempt to correct errors as soon as they are found or have been informed about them. However, Track First shall have the right to refuse or cancel any and all orders placed that were listed with an incorrect price or other incorrect information. If the item(s) were confirmed and paid for Track First will reimburse the customer for the amount charged.

ONLINE ORDERS:

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Track First LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Track First LLC reserves the right to supply less than the quantity ordered for any item. Track First LLC may require additional validations before accepting any order. Track First LLC will always contact the buyer for confirmation when the mailing address does not match the billing address.

MULTIPLE ORDERS:

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. 

CREDIT CARDS AND FORMS OF PAYMENT:

We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Note our payment system for extra security may ask for additional information such as zip code and your house number (never full address.)

NOTE - As of this time we do not store credit card information - your information is deleted after every individual transaction.

We also accept PayPal, Bank Checks, Gift Cards, Money Order & Cashier's Check.  Please, before completing your order using the above methods of payments we delay shipment until our bank account has received the funds.

TAXES:

Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Ohio. For orders shipped outside Ohio applicable taxes will be applied following the sales tax regulations of that state. We can make arrangements to ship outside the US, however the process is complicated and cannot be automated. Please contact us directed to make arrangement and a payment.

RETURNS: Please review our return policy

Summary - We make every endeavor to supply the correct product to you. If the product is defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship and we were informed within a week of delivery we will gladly supply a replacement. For a full refund for such defective items please supply us with a photograph of the problem.

Please inspect the product upon delivery. Product damage may have occurred and we need to know that immediately. Shipping companies demand on the spot (or at best require 24 hours notice) of issues/damage that is their responsibility. Many manufacturers and distributors now place disclaimers on their boxes, which places box and/or with internal damage the sole responsibility of the shipping company. Once again take photographs of the damage both of the product and of the packaging. Then immediately contact us.

NOTE: you can refuse to accept the package and have it returned to the sender. However, this is only an option if you are physically present when the package is delivered.

Fulfillment mistakes which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will be accepted for returns. Contact us immediately if this has occurred and explain the issue.

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to request a RMA.  There are time limits on returns. We have a 30 day return policy limit.

In order to inquire about a return, please contact us to receive a return authorization number. All products must be returned in the original packaging unopened/unused with tags attached and within 30 days or less of the date of purchase.  Returns without a return authorization number may be refused.  Depending on the reasons for the return a restocking fee up to 30% of the purchase price and original shipping charges may be deducted from your return. Note some seat companies charge a 20% restocking fee in addition to deducting their original shipping costs from any refund.

A 15% or 20% restocking fee is applied to 2 and 5 year dated/tagged items. such as FIA rated seats, FIA and/or SFI rated harnesses.

Custom items and special orders cannot be returned. For custom and special orders we need the full payment before we process the order. This is required since manufacturers now insist on full payment to produce any custom or special order.

WARRANTY:

Every product you buy from Track First LLC is backed first by the product manufacturer's or supplier's warranty. NOTE these terms and conditions do vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, model to model, from product to product and from our various suppliers. Please read the manufacturer's warranty when you have taken possession of your item/product. Track First makes every attempt to assist customers wherever possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufacturers and suppliers. 

Motorsports are dangerous. Products should be used only for their intended and stated purpose. Please read all manufacturer's and supplier's product information, including but not limited to warranties, installation and technical guides, terms of use, disclaimers, product limitations, certifications and dates.

Track First makes no warranty or representation as to the product's suitability for use or ability to protect the user from injury or death. The user assumes the risk. Track First shall not be liable to purchaser or to any third party arising out of the purchase, installation of use of any item.
