Shipping

We now charge a basic $12.00 shipping fee for all orders below $100.

Most orders over $100 ship free. The exception - we have variable rates on objects (such as seats) that are classed by the shipper as oversized and/or overweight. The shipping cost will be shown at the checkout. This price depends on the vendor/manufacturer and how they ship the product. For example, Recaro will only ship their seats in large, single boxes, and their reclining seats are very heavy. Consequently the cost is $95 per seat. We continue to work with our vendors to ship large items to you as efficiently, safely and economically as possible.

Track First has to adapt to the new ‘norms’ of shipping and supply chains, which has resulted in new shipping rates, extended arrival times and other logistical issues. However, it is improving.

Track First presently uses the shipping services of UPS, FedEx, and USPS. If your item is being directly dropped-shipped from one of our vendors they may use an alternative service. We aim to send you tracking as soon as one is generated. Please contact us asap if you have not received any tracking information.

Very large and/or heavy packages such as seats, roll bars may be freighted by our vendors or the manufacturer. The freight company will require contact information and a person to receive the shipment. Freighted shipments

Note some products are shipped with restrictions, especially those containing chemicals. This usually means no air services. We will follow all shipping, safety protocols.

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and tall US territories are subject to a surcharge.

International Shipping: We can ship outside the US. This is a bespoke service. Please contact us directly for this, and the additional costs/issues/paperwork this will incur. A destination address will be required before we can proceed with a quote.

Contact us for expedited shipping rates, or other custom shipping requests. We can accommodate, but we will have to charge accordingly.

Shipping to Canada is bespoke. Contact us for to learn the additional shipping costs to Canada. You will be asked to handle all custom regulations and pay the appropriate taxes

We strongly advise that someone is available to receive our packages. (This also allows you to check for external damage to the the packaging.) More and more companies are requiring a signature for a delivery - especially the seats. We will contact you if a signature is required.

Damaged packaging is not our responsibility. We retain photographic evidence of our boxes before they are shipped and other vendors have their own systems. However, a damaged box does not mean the content is damaged.

Please check your packages a.s.a.p. This includes checking for sizing, fitment, content and so forth. We and our vendors have a 30 day return policy.

Damaged content.

We and our distributors ask you to check the contents of your shipment as soon as you as you received them. A damaged box may contain damaged contents. If the box is damaged please take photographs of the box before opening it. If the contents are damaged follow with further photographs of the product damage. Contact us immediately and attach the appropriate photographs.

Do try to make arrangements for a secure delivery location. Be prepared for inclement weather as this can cause damage to the contents. Unfortunately, not every shipping service is vigilant about protecting the delivery boxes.

Location destinations can be changed prior to delivery. However, this depends on a variety of factors and very likely will incur a fee. Contact us a.s.a.p. as we have to make these changes.
